How my journey began
My journey into this work began long before I realized it.
It grew slowly through my childhood curiosity about human beings, through the relationships that shaped me, and especially through the deep initiation of becoming a mother. Motherhood opened a new dimension of understanding: it revealed my blind spots, my fears, my tenderness, and the unspoken patterns I was carrying. It invited me to explore why certain behaviors triggered me and how healing myself could transform the entire family dynamic.
I also learned deeply through my relationships as a partner, a daughter, and a friend —and through every professional space I stepped into. Companies, colleagues, friends, parents-in-law… each offered mirrors, challenges, and invitations to grow. Life kept showing me that relationships are not obstacles but paths —revealing who we are, what we need, and how we can evolve.
Another essential thread in my story is my connection with older generations. I’ve always been touched by elderly people —their wisdom, their fragility, their presence. I cared for my grandfather, and later for two elderly women until their final days, experiences that transformed me. They taught me patience, humility, and the sacredness of truly listening: no agenda, no rush, no expectation. These moments shaped my understanding of compassion in its purest form.
Today, my work is devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves and relate to others with depth, intention, and gentleness. I believe that if we want a more conscious world, we must embody what we wish to pass on, especially to younger generations. By learning how to express healthy anger, how to sit with frustration, how to fail without falling apart, and how to repair after conflict, we give children the tools they need to grow with resilience and authenticity.
This is who I am:
A woman, a mother, a partner, a daughter, a friend — continuously learning through every relationship, and devoted to helping others find clarity, compassion, and a more peaceful way of living together.

MY VALUES
Deep Listening
I learned, through life and loss, that true listening is rare and essential. It creates safety, dissolves conflict, and allows understanding to emerge naturally. It is at the core of my work.
Authenticity
Being who we truly are allows life –and relationships– to feel alive, meaningful, and aligned. I believe truth spoken with care is a gift. Not perfection, but presence is what I value most.
Responsibility for Our Inner World
Our thoughts shape our feelings. Our feelings guide our choices.
Caring for our inner world is the first step toward conscious, lasting change.
Body Wisdom
Our body speaks before we do. When we pause and listen, it shows us what needs attention, care, or boundaries. I honor its signals, its tensions, its intuition —all of which guide us back into balance.
Healing Through Relationship
Relationships are not problems to solve —they are invitations.
Through them, we grow, we heal, and we remember who we are.
Connection & Family Dynamics
Connection is the heart of everything: between partners, parents and children, families, and within ourselves. Understanding our patterns helps us love with more freedom and clarity.
Emotions as Guides
Emotions are not obstacles.
They are wise messengers, gently revealing what matters, what’s unresolved, and where healing can begin.
Sense, Meaning, and Harmony
Life deepens when we act with intention, align with our values, and tend to inner harmony. I believe in the quiet power of presence, how it can soothe, open, or transform a space.
Conscious intention is a gentle, yet powerful, force.
Caring for Self and Others
When we nurture ourselves with compassion, we naturally extend that care to the people and world around us.
Nourishing yourself is never selfish. It’s a ripple.
